Young Academician Achievement Award

• It is given to scientists who have made a significant contribution to our branch with their scientific research and studies under the age of 45.
• The web of science-based h-index and the number of publications included in the 1st and 2nd name index are taken into account as the main criteria in the selection of candidates. The impact factors of the journals published in the 1st and 2nd name publications are added.
• Applications should be sent with an electronic file.
• The deadline for nomination or application is April 15, 2021.
• The selection among the candidates is made by the scientific committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
• The award is given to only one person per year. The award may not be awarded in years without suitable candidates.
• The amount of the prize money to be awarded is determined each year. (2500 TL for 2021)
• Prize-winning researcher receives a cash prize and a certificate.
• The award is announced at the congress opening ceremony.
• Candidates can appeal the result.

Research Article Publication Award

• It is given to a research article made in Turkey and published in SCI or SCI-e journals abroad.
• Applications are evaluated by the jury, taking into account the impact factor of the journal. The article must have been published within the last 2 years. It is awarded to 3 studies each year, announced as first, second and third prizes.
• The study should be prepared by the researcher's own effort, have an original quality and contribute to the field of respiratory diseases.
• Applications are made online by the candidates.
• For individual applications for published studies with the participation of more than one investigator, the candidate must obtain the signed consent of other researchers.
• The deadline for nomination or application is April 15, 2021.
• The selection among the candidates is made by the scientific committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
• The amount of the prize money to be awarded is determined by the association each year. (2021 TL 1500, 1250 TL, 1000 TL)
• The prize-winning scientist is awarded a cash prize and a certificate.

Poster Presentation Award

• Given at the closing of the congress.
• Awarded to the best 3 works.
• Award-winning work is awarded a certificate.
• Each of the award-winning work is given a cash prize of 1000 TL and a certificate.

Oral Presentation Award

• Given at the closing of the congress.
• Awarded to the best 3 works.
• Award-winning work is awarded a certificate.
• Each of the first three oral presentations selected from among the oral presentations is given a 1500 TL monetary award and a certificate.
• The awards, which are planned to be given by ASYOD every year at the congress, can be revised by the association if necessary. The same person can only receive one of the cash prizes. ASYOD undertakes to distribute the awards according to impartial, transparent and objective criteria.

Scholarships

Scholarships to be given to physicians whose papers are accepted this year will vary as physical and online participation scholarships. Physicians applying for a scholarship are required to be members of the ASYOD Association according to their branches.

• Physicians and nurses who have won an online participation scholarship can actively participate in the congress via the online congress system.
• For physicians who have received a physical participation scholarship: Scholarship coverage for Research Assistants: Congress registration, 4 nights accommodation at the hotel Bellis Deluxe Resort Hotel, preferably air/bus ticket and round-trip airport/Belek bus station transfer.
• Scholarship coverage for experts: Congress registration, 4 nights accommodation at the hotel Bellis Deluxe Resort Hotel, and transfer to and from the airport/Belek bus station in two directions.
